The MINDSCAPE Process
All of our projects look a little bit different depending on what your needs are, but, in general, the majority of our work follows the following pattern.
We’ll take a look at your entire customer experience and create a detailed plan for improvement.
We’ll then create any assets that are needed and launch any tactics determined in the plan.
We’ll measure the performance of our tactics and provide you with any insights uncovered through data analysis.
How we keep your project on track:
We use a project management system called Teamwork to house all of our project communications, so you never have to worry about something going unseen or falling through the cracks.
We also track tasks in Teamwork so any work that needs to get done on your project will always have a task and a due date associated with it. With our tagging structure, we can tell at a glance if a task is being blocked for any reason. We can even assign tasks to your team members so they know exactly what we need from them.
Project Updates and Reporting
Depending on your needs, we can provide reporting/check-ins weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
