EPS came to MINDSCAPE for a new website, but their goals were bigger than a pretty design.
EPS originally came to MINDSCAPE requesting a new website. They explained that although they had a digital presence, it was clearly not enough to support their recent growth. They knew that with so many “out of the box” security solutions being offered, a new site was crucial to not only sustain their current sales, but increase revenue over time.

EPS was having trouble addressing their personas needs and converting their website users.
After diving into their existing site, it became evident that something needed to be done. The website did not appeal to all of the needs of their diverse personas. We needed to ensure that both residential and commercial users seeking fire, security, and access control solutions had content on the website specifically created for them.
Additionally, although the website did a decent job of explaining EPS’s services, it failed to capitalize on the fact that EPS employed true engineers, with capabilities beyond boxed security solutions. It also lacked the ability to educate, qualify, and capture leads. While we could easily fulfill their request for a new website, we knew that we would be doing them a disservice. To be a true partner, we would need to go much farther.

Once given the green light, we began to take a deeper dive into EPS’s existing content. Our audit revealed that they were missing huge opportunities for not only organic SEO, but customer education.
The MINDSCAPE team helped EPS identify their various audiences and, over the course of four months, helped create over 70 pages of targeted content to be added to the new site and blog. We then implemented a sales and marketing automation platform to nurture and funnel qualified leads to each of EPS’s four locations.
