The process began with an upgrade to Sales Hub Enterprise, which allowed the creation of a custom Aircraft object to track the history of services by aircraft. This was a crucial step in providing a more detailed and efficient service history for each aircraft.

MINDSCAPE added three new pipelines to their Sales Hub: Scheduling, Service, and Accounting, and refined stages in their Sales Pipeline. This created a more streamlined and efficient process for managing deals from the initial sales stage to scheduling, service, and finally, accounting.
