Grand Rapids, Michigan – Today, MINDSCAPE announced that they have been named a winner in the Product Excellence category in HubSpot’s semi-annual 2023 Impact Awards. This is their second Impact award, having won the Q2 Sales Enablement Impact Award in 2018. HubSpot, a leading CRM platform for scaling companies, uses the award to recognize members of its Solutions Partner Program who go above and beyond to help their customers grow better.

Over the last decade, MINDSCAPE has used HubSpot to drive incredible results for themselves and their clients, but this year they hit a new high with a perfect 100/100 on their Impact Award submission. MINDSCAPE implemented Service Hub for their internal team and was able to completely reinvigorate their service/support efforts.

They’re estimated to save 104 hours annually on handling support requests, and they’ve received a 100% satisfaction rating from clients who’ve interacted with the new ticketing system. In addition, MINDSCAPE estimates they should earn an additional $10,000 on work that previously would have gone unbilled. If that isn’t a huge success, I don’t know what is.

  • Platform Migration Excellence

In addition to the semiannual awards, HubSpot also gives five annual awards that recognize partner achievements across the entire year: Global Partner of the Year, Partner of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Customer First, our global diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging HEART award. All winners are recognized in the Impact Awards Hall of Fame.

This ticketing system has allowed me, as a project manager, to save time while adding in tasks and task details. Everything the client wants is clearly outlined on the ticket! It has also allowed me to communicate the status with the client without flooding their inbox with multiple threads. It’s a huge win in my book!
